The macaroni production line is highly automated and can produce products of various shapes such as shells, tubes, cutters, spirals and so on.

The macaroni production line is highly automated and can produce products of various shapes such as shells, tubes, cutters, spirals and so on.


First, put all the flour form raw materials, additive into mixer, and mixing with drinking water. After mixing, put them into the storage tank of the hoistor. There are stirring paddles at the bottom of the storage tank to prevent raw materials sticking, and then the mixed raw material transport to the extruder feeder through the hoistor. The feeder feeds raw materials into extruder’s extrusion barrel evenly. In the extruder, the raw material is matured by shearing action between barrel and screws, and also the heat action in barrel. Then the dies form raw materials into different shapes, and the cutting system cuts the macaroni products with different sizes. After that, the hoistor will conveyor the macaroni to multi-layer dryer to dry the extra moisture of macaroni, which used to ensure product shelf life. After drying, the macaroni will go through a cooling conveyor, to cool down macaroni temperature to ambient temperature. At the same time, the macaroni product will be transferred to the packing machine, to get the final macaroni product ready for sale.
